The TWSBI Vac Mini Clear fountain pen consists of a transparent resin body and cap and ornamental chrome metal details and is, as can be deduced from its name, the pocket-sized version of the Vac model from TWSBI, one of the most successful one from this well-known brand based in Taiwan.
