Imporium
The Imporium collection is a line of high-end writing pens manufactured by the German company Lamy and a magnificent example that elegance, style and class do not always have to go hand in hand with classicism and can, on the contrary, , provide yourself with a touch of modernity.
The design of the Imporium collection is due, like that of its immediate predecessor, the Persona model, to the mind of designer Mario Bellini, and contrasts a metal body with a ribbed surface and resistant PVD coating in black or matte titanium with a cap made of the same material, but equipped with a completely smooth surface that highlights its cylindrical geometry. This play of textures constitutes one of the great attractions of the Imporium fountain pens and is crowned with a grip section that, like the body, is animated with a series of waves or grooves, although it is true that, in this case, these are arranged transversely to the length of the piece.
The decoration of the Imporium fountain pens collection is completed by its discreet and elegant clip, fully integrated into the general design of the piece and equipped with a spring mechanism for easy use, and its beautiful 14-carat gold nib, which has the characteristic shapes of the Lamy nibs and with a beautiful two-tone finish obtained, depending on the model, using a rhodium or black PVD mask.
