PAYMENT METHODS
We offer you three convenient ways to pay for your purchase.
Debit or credit card: We have two payment platforms, one provided by Banco Sabadell, the Redsys platform, and another provided bypaypal. Both allow you to pay for your purchase with the debit or credit cards indicated at the time of purchase with complete convenience and security.
Bank transfer: You can make a bank transfer for the amount indicated in the order to the account (IBAN: ES8701280100520100059423) in the name Publinspira S.L. In observations of the transfer you must indicate the order number provided by writing-pens.com. Please note that payment by transfer may delay the delivery of the order by two or three days, as indicated in theGeneral Conditions of the Purchase Contract.
Paypal: The Paypal platform allows you to pay quickly and securely with your Paypal account balance or, as indicated above, with a credit or debit card.

VAT / FEES / TAX EXEMPTION POLICY - NON-RESIDENTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
All purchases made by non-resident citizens of the European Union benefit from a deduction in the price of all our products for VAT (21%).
When a user registers as a customer, they must indicate the shipping and billing address.
If the customer does not reside in the European Union, our system automatically recalculates the sales prices, deducting VAT 21% of the price end of the product (Value Added Tax, VAT).
When a user is an European Company registered in the Free-VAT Database, we can sell the products with or without VAT. In the second case, the customer needs to put in contact to us via email.
