Although their essential characteristics are common, the Guilloche collection by Graf von Faber-Castell is divided into two differentiated lines based on the ornamental pattern that adorns their bodies: on the one hand, the range of Guilloche fountain pens, with an engraved decoration that includes a series of parallel undulating lines arranged in the longitudinal direction of the piece; on the other hand, the Guilloche Ciselé line, composed of fountain pens in which the previous ornamentation is replaced by an elegant herringbone pattern.

This second group includes the Graf von Faber-Castell Guilloche Ciselé Anthracite fountain pen, a beautiful writing pen with a body made of precious black resin with a matte finish, shiny rhodium-plated metal elements and the graceful design of pure and stylized that gives the fountain pens of this splendid series an unusual appeal.

Its lustrous cap, equipped with the characteristic trumpeted profile of Graf von Faber-Castell writing pens, introduces a brilliant counterpoint to the matte finish of the barrel and includes different ornamental details among which we could mention the fluted finish of its head, its delicious clip of curved profile, fully functional thanks to a spring system, and its charming engraved decoration, composed of the Faber-Castell family crest, located above the clip, and the brand name, chiseled with capital letters in the lower end of this piece.

Also made of rhodium-plated metal is the grip section of this splendid fountain pen, which powerfully attracts attention with its radiant metallic shine and shelters in its bosom its superb 18-carat solid gold nib, covered with a rhodium mask that maintains the chromatic uniformity of the piece and decorated with a series of engraved motifs that include, once again, the coat of arms of the Faber-Castell family and references to the purity of the gold used in its manufacture.
