We cannot control the prices of all the fountain pen stores in the world at all times, nor the online stores, much less the physical ones, so "Guaranteed Minimum Price" means that in case of demonstrating that in another online store have it at a lower price, we will do everything possible to match it or even enhace the offer.

The guaranteed minimum price can be requested only PRIOR to the purchase and only affects to FOUNTAIN PENS.

The conditions for requesting a minimum price guarantee discount are listed below. The objective of these conditions is to protect against possible actions carried out in bad faith or fraudulently that may result in economic losses or loss of prestige on our website.

• The Guaranteed Minimum Price applies only to products that appear on our website with the "Guaranteed Minimum Price" stamp. It is not applicable, therefore, to all products, but to a selection of products made by Writing-pens.com. If you do not know if a product is affected by the guaranteed minimum price, do not hesitate to ask us.

• The comparison must be made between identical products: the same brand, model and reference, between the compared website and ours, so the product must necessarily be published on our website and marked with stock.

• Prices that include the same concepts must be compared (both with VAT included, transport included and other expenses that may exist, included). The prices must be for immediate purchase products (not on request) and individual (not for a higher number of units).

• The prices to be matched will be those of new products with a full guarantee, mainly fountain pens, published by the Online Stores with Spanish retail companies and a CIF that supports them and whose data is published on the same Web. Therefore, sales by individuals, sales from physical stores, used or second-hand products, those from foreign online stores or those from auctions are excluded. Discounts from stores that are in stock clearance for any reason are also excluded. Nor will it apply when coupons, discount vouchers or any other promotional offer are used on the alternative website.

• Writing-pens.com will NEVER sell below cost price (“selling at a loss” or “dumping”), so we reserve the right to deny reimbursement for Minimum Guaranteed Price in our obligation to comply with European laws current. In any case, within the established deadlines, the customer may request a refund, after sending the product in perfect condition, if the product was already shipped, and as indicated in our terms and conditions.

• Writing-pens.com reserves the right to change these conditions without the need for any communication.

• The lower price in another online store must be demonstrated before the purchase or within 3 days from the moment of purchase. In case of showing a lower price on another website before the purchase, we can decide to lower the price or return the difference (if the product was already purchased).

• The demonstration will be carried out by sending as much information as possible to collect by email to the address info@writing-pens.com, having to send: URL where the product is offered at a lower price, screenshot of the cart made where the date and time and/or invoice appears. the purchase, URL where the details of the selling company appear. And also the name, telephone number and order number made at writing-pens.com in case of requesting a refund (not necessary in case of requesting a Minimum Price in advance).

• Once the information is received, we will check all the data, make a decision and communicate it to you within a week.

• In the event that the decision is to modify a price to enable the purchase at the lower price, the price will be accessible for 24 hours, and it is the decision of writing-pens.com to extend it over time or offer it at a different price (even lower or higher). Another option may be to send a discount coupon for the price difference in order to purchase the product at the minimum price.

• In the event that the decision is to refund, because the product has already been paid for, it will be made within 72 hours from the moment the email is sent with the decision to be made. The refund will be made to the same card or alternative payment method used when placing the original order.
